Bidding Info
- Bidders:
You must be registered to bid at EACH sale. There is no charge to register. You may
pre-register during the preview, or register at the sale site on the day of the auction.
(pre-registration will save you time on the sale date.) There will
be a preview time for all auctions. This is the time to inspect the items
and look for any damage etc. Since the auction is AS-IS this is very important, We
try to notify you if we know of any damage but it is your responsibility to inspect everything.
- Buyers Premiums will be added automatically
to the final price upon settlement and is payable without relief to the auction
company.
The buyers premium is 13% if you pay by credit card and 10%
for all other payment types. The buyers premium is a standard amount
that will be added to each item you purchase. I.E. if you bid $10.00 for an item
your bill will be the $10.00 plus (10%) $1.00 equaling $11.00 plus sales
tax. (assuming you paid cash)
- Sales tax is governed by the location
of the auction. Persons with a resale license must show it at registration
to avoid paying sales tax on your purchase.
- ALL BIDS ARE FINAL AT
AUCTION. There is no "Cooling Off Period." If you are awarded the final
bid, ownership changes hands at the drop of the gavel. You own the merchandise
and are responsible for payment in full.
- ALL LOTS ARE SOLD AS IS,
WHERE IS and it is your responsibility to inspect the merchandise before the
auction!
- PAYMENT TERMS:
Cash, Certified Funds, Personal or Company Check, Credit Card. Payment is required on
the day of purchase, unless other terms are pre-arranged.
You must have valid
identification with you (i.e. drivers license, passport, credit card, etc.)
